No.
Special police unit had arrested dangerous armed bandits. Unfortunately, the first police caught a Porsche Cayenne, the same color and with the same number (177 series). Once it became clear that it was a mistake, the operation has been repeated since the "right" Porsche Cayenne.

Looks like the same scenario with Houston cops.Only big difference here was that these guys did'nt get shot.

If it was Porsche - the mistake wasn't big.
