| Griz, don't know about the tree but in the woman + dog area I have to disagree. Not only from personal convictions (which are very true) but real facts, I.E beat wives +/or dogs never really are up to their true potential. Besides, it's just plain mean. As to rumors + their validity, I go back to the dark ages in college days + one day I made the statement that the pikes (PKA) beat their women. It didn't take a day to get around campus. I thought I was passing a public service announcement but I had WAY TOO many sorority sisters coming up to me in the Student Union Building always asking if it was true. Unfortunately, it was but started out as a joke. In the real world, beating women or dogs is not a joke. Just as rape is not a crime of passion, it's a crime of assault. O.K. I'm off my soapbox now.
