(For the benefit of non Americans I should explain that "Head & Shoulders" is a very popular American hair shampoo for men)

A brunette and a blonde are sizing up the man who got on the elevator with them. After he gets off, the brunette comments: " Not bad but I didn't like the really bad dandruff. He could use Head and Shoulders".

The blonde says: " I agree - but what's shoulders?"
