A guy is told by his doctor he only has six months left to live. Alarmed he asked the doctor what should he do. The doctor tells him he should get a hog farm and marry a divorcee with 3 or 4 snotty nose children. He asked how will that make me better. The doctor tells him it won't, but in six months he would be ready to go.

A Dairy farm would allow him to commit suicide in 4 months.

This is no joke. My grandparents had a dairy farm when I was growing up. I haven't milked a cow in probably 25 years, and still can not see a holstein without becoming angry. A dairy farm has to be near the top of hard ways to make a living.

I would not call it making a living.
