(For the benefit of some non-Americans, it gets a little cool in our northern states of the US in winter -and I hear that it gets really cool in Alaska!)

A guy has run up a tab in an Alaska bar and the bartender finally is fed up. He tells the guy that he can have one final drink - but after that he is going to post his name on the wall of the bar -along with how much he owes.

The guy tells him pleadingly: " That tells everybody in town that I'm a deadbeat!".

The bartender relents and says:" " OK, I'll hang your parka over the wall to cover over the tab".
