Some of you guys may be able to relate to this little story. It's up to you whether or not you have the intestinal fortitude to repeat it to you wife or girlfriend. A Frenchman's Mistake A luxury liner sinks off the coast of France, and all on board drown. About an hour later the naked body of a beautiful blond woman washes up on the shore. A Frenchman named Jacque is walking along the beach, when suddenly he spots the drowned woman. Cautiously, Jacque looks around, then takes off all his clothes, gets down and begins making love to the corpse. A few minutes later Jacque's friend Pierre happens along and, seeing what Jacque is doing, cannot believe his eyes. "Jacque, Jacque, mon ami, what are you doing?" Pierre cries out. "Can't you see? This woman is dead!" Horrified, Jacque leaps to his feet. "Dead?!" he exclaims. "Sacre Bleu! I thought she was an American!" In my opinion, the main character of the story should not have known from the start that the woman is dead, and his nationality does not matter. Her - does, and the English themselves invent jokes about it (do not know how true). Like this: "Night. From the bedroom window Englishwoman lover gets out and face to face encounters with her husband returning home. With no confusion raises the cylinder. - Good evening, sir. - Good evening, sir. - Sir, your wife today was as cold as ever. - Yes, sir, but in life, she had not different temperament". | |||
