on a serious note, the only thing a President cannot do is pardon themselves... My buddy thinks if Trump is elected, that obammy will spend the rest of his term signing pardons for hillaree and her gang. It would take that long, since the paperwork has to be done on person by person basis. Then, he can resign, let old joe become the lame duck with the deal that he pardons obammy so he can return home to Kenya... | |||
