Albert and Iris had become good friends in the nursing home.

Every day Albert would drop bye and ask Iris to the park to feed the ducks with him.

They would go to the same park bench every day and Iris would place her hand in Albert's pocket while he fed the ducks.

Then suddenly Albert stopped coming bye to pick up Iris, so after the third day, she became so concerned that she went looking for him, couldn't find him anywhere in the home so she went to the park to see if he was there.

Sure enough there he was sitting on the bench with Mabel, so Iris being quite miffed confronted old Albert wanting to know why he was sitting on her bench with Mabel and that Mabel also had her hand in his pocket.

Having said her piece and about leave, she yelled at Albert "tell me, what does she have that I don't have?"

Albert replied "Parkinson's"
