Phone conversation with girlfriend. Girlfriend- Have you ever been in your car talking on the cell phone with the radio going and you hear a funny buzzing noise? Me- Yeah probably why Girlfriend- Well my cat is laying beside me and my phone is making that same noise. I didnt know that cats would cause it to do that. Me- It's not the cat Girlfriend- yes it is Me- I dont know what it is but it's not the cat Girlfriend- yes it is. I know it is That's when I realized that I wasnt going to win that one. Do I have a stupid girlfriend? "Science only goes so far then God takes over." | ||

Jarrod: This is a 'indicator issue' that you should pay close attention to, listen to your gut instinct. I'm not sure I would call her stupid, but she definetly has a common sense issue. Without knowing more about her, I'd be inclined to say she is having a bit of an 'estrogen problem' or a 'man problem'. Wait a few days and try the conversation again. Be gentle with her, if she still insists it is her cat causing the buzzing, run like hell and don't look back. There are two theories to arguing with a woman, neither one works. She's booksmart and all, I just believe her common sense is lacking sometimes. I guess it is understandable because to think of it I dont think I've been around but a couple in her whole family that has any common sense. Sometimes it's kinda comical actually.
