Following this, there are 159 (one hundred and fifty nine) pages of instructions on how to fill the 2 pages form.

I know, I know, it's not funny if you're on the wrong side of the pond...

Unless your a high roller Democrat, then you don't even bother to fill out the 2 page form ...until the BHO administrstion offers you a job.
