Well the bill that allows gays to serve openly in the Military has passed and was signed into law. No more "Don't ask Don't tell". But what this really has done is cause confusion in the ranks that could easily cost Marine lives. You know that Marines are trained to immediately obey orders. So just imagine...................... You're a Marine...... in a combat situation, an enemy soldier is firing at you, and running toward your position. The guy next to you is openly gay. Then your Squad Leader yells out.......... "Shoot the cock sucker!" Do you see the confusion here?

What confusion? A Marine is taught to obey orders without delay, especially in a combat situation. He doesn't know anything about the guy coming at him or what his preferences are, so...................... =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= DRSS; NRA; Illinois State Rifle Association; Missouri Sport Shooting Association “One of the sad signs of our times is that we have demonized those who produce, subsidized those who refuse to produce, and canonized those who complain.” – Thomas Sowell, “The Vision Of The Anointed: Self-Congratulation As A Basis For Social Policy” .

"Friendly" fire is now known as "Buddy" fire, and can be authorized by the squad leader no less.... It's good exercise to keep the troops clean and fit to fight. My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still.
