For those not up on "jolly olde..." the United Kingdom is comprised of four races:

1. The Welsh, who pray on their knees, and upon their neighbors

2. The Scots, who keep the sabbath, and anything else they can lay hand on

3. The Irish, who haven't a clue, generally, what they are fighting about; but will none the less
fight and die for it

4. And the British, who consider themselves a race of self-made men; thus relieving the Almighty of a grave
responsibility.
