A driver is stuck in a traffic jam on the highway. Nothing is moving.
Suddenly, a man knocked on the window. The driver rolls down his window
And asked, "What's going on?"

"Terrorists have kidnapped Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry,
Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. They're asking for a $10 million ransom.
Otherwise they're going to douse them with gasoline and set them on
fire.

We're going from car to car, taking up a collection," said the man.
The driver asks, "How much is everyone giving, on average?"

"About a gallon."

Why so stingy? I would gladly give what was in the tank and walk home!

Terrorists? Sounds like a public service to me.
The $10 mil is probably a collection to pay the EPA fine for burning trash without a permit!
