A simplified urine test that may be relevant for us:

Go outside and pee in the garden.
If ants gather:- diabetes.
If you pee on your feet:- prostate.
if it smells like a barbecue:- cholesterol.
if when you shake it, your wrist hurts:- osteoarthritis.
if you return to your room with your penis outside your pants:- Alzheimer.

A buddy of mine who was an insurance agent told me just apply for a life policy + they will bring out their own nurse to do the blood work at no cost to you. after you get your lab results back you can take the policy or not but you just got a free exam.
