Old Ben was wealthy but had serious hearing problems.

Tired of being for all purposes deaf, he went to see the new specialist who had just opened a practice in the neighborhood. After a brief exam, the doctor advised him to try a new hi-tech hearing aid, almost invisible from the outside.

A few weeks later, Ben went back to the doctor, who asked:
