(Once again I'm not sure if non Americans are familiar with all of American slang but I'm sure they'll figure out this joke)

A certain bar in a neighborhood where anybody who walks in but the "regulars" is either very adventurous or a fool,has a sign that says: " "Cheese Sandwiches -$2.50 Hand jobs - $5.00"

A rather timid looking guy ventures in one evening. He approaches the single "waitress" in the dump (excuse me, Bar) and asks in a whisper: " Are you the one who gives hand jobs?"

The "waitress" says:" Yes, I am. What can I do for you, honey?"

The guy says: " You can wash your f.....g hands and give me a cheese sandwich".
