You're off by a few thousand miles. Not a Mexican among them. This is the Azores (Portuguese archipelago) 930 miles west of Lisbon. They do this for fun. A tradition from way back.

I'm not sure the bull got the "fun" part.....if he didn't have those balls on the ends of his horn, I suspect this tradition would have died out (literally)long ago. That bull is playing for keeps. Some of those guys having "fun" are really hurt.
