Don't open the task manager and close it that way... it makes for some really bad stuff to happen. That was pretty good. I will as well save it for a forum when some one calls me out.

I didn't find it funny or amusing. Kinda retarded. I tried the left click thing and it responded with more and more... had to restart my comp.

And no, YOU are the idiot.

Furry,
Nobody liked what you just did, it borders on disrespect so do us a favor and don't do these things again. Using words like f--- off, piss off, whiney a-- just makes it more of a problem. It's offensive to those of us who try to be polite in public....Gary D.

I thought it was good, in fact excellent.

However, I am fortunate that the computer box is right next to me so it was easy to turn off and turn back on. I am sure other people had to get out of their chair to turn off and turn back on

I clicked on it just after it was posted and have since sat back and watched the "expected" responses being posted.

Was that his picture on that pop-up?

He's on my Ignore list in any case.

That was a Ignorant stunt. there is already to much computer highjacking /spy crap on peoples computers.

All that was was highjacking softwear.

More crap that has to be removed from your hardrive

Very uncool stunt

I am sorry if i have offended anyone. I just cannot understand people getting mad about a practical joke on a HUMOR forum. I fell for it on another site and thought some here might appreciate it. I put "click at your own risk" to warn those who might not be appreciative. It is pretty obvious that it would be some kind of prank with that warning. If you clicked it and got upset, i warned you and you clicked it of your own free will. Your curiosity is to blame, not me.

You had me scared to open the pm.

I finally did, figured what can he do here?

You explained what I had already guessed. It says a lot about human nature since you clearly labeled it from the beginning, kind of like;

'WET PAINT'

I have no idea what you are talking about! The post was to furrybastard, the PM was to furrybastard, the response comes from you? I discussed the use I had made of the original link, not wanting someone to accidently do the same and not be able to fix it, no great secret. I am clueless, but have spent so much of my life there that it is normal to me now!

my mistake. I clicked you to reply to instead of furrybastard by mistake. HE sent me a pm about same and therefore the confusion.

I think it's semi funny. The responses are funnier.

Gentlemen, here's your computer tip-o-the-day. If you open an application that goes beserk when you open it (like opening this attachment will do) (1) remain calm. (2) press control-alt-del [if you have a windows based operating system. This will bring up the task manager. (3) find the offending task - it will be an open internet explorer window or netscape navigator or whatever - just end, or close that task and everything will be o.k.
