I used to live next to a guy just like this in Knoxville. Around 1974 he blew up a really nice old Super Blackhawk. I traded him a $ 65 Hi-Standard .22 for it.  Sent the .44 to Ruger and they fixed it for free.  Another time, he shot a car in the apartment parking lot just to see if a .44 would indeed penetrate an engine block (it was late and tequila was involved), but that's another story......... | |||

There is a strong desire in stupid people to find someone they can laugh at for being more stupid. Thinking that following load books means you are smart is an indicator for being low on wit. How can we begrudge them? Stupid people need to get laughs where they can. Even Shakespeare's early works went for mistaken identity laughs. As a toddler once said while laughing at Tom and Jerry cartoons, "Hit him right on the head! Owee Owee Owwee!" | |||
