Old man goes into a barber shop and explains to the barber that due to age and shaking hands he is unable to shave himself for fear of being cut. The barber says "no problem, have a seat. I'll take care of you".
The barber gives him a small wooden ball and explains that he should put it in his mouth and push out his cheek for a closer shave due to his sagging jaws and the old man complies.
After the shave the old man says "That's the closest shave I've had in years, but I mistakenly swallowed the wooden ball". The barber replies "That's ok, just bring it back tomorrow, everyone else does".
