People outside the NYC/Metro area really don't know what Pizza is.
Unless you are from NYC and especially Brooklyn you are ========PIZZA CHALLENGED!!!

I’m a long way from NYC and agree fully not to eat those "pizzas".

I'm not a snob about the kind of pizza. I like pan, nappy, Sicilian, deep dish, Chicago, etc. I've had taco pizza and California pineapple pizza.

Sis orders from Marcos in Las Vegas once in a while.

I lived on Dominoes pizza in Omaha when I was in the Air Force. It was indistinguishable from NY pizza in 1980. They used to deliver on base.

When I had it again in NYC it was no even close to what I had before.

Got to a lunch counter late in Rome the time we went there, ended up with a piece of tuna fish pizza. Not as weird as it sounded at the time...

A few years ago, my law firm had a retreat with all the partners from across the country. At one event, they had food from all of our offices. Texas BBQ, New York Pizza, Chicago hot dogs, California kale and stuff, etc. The Pizza was great. There was a lot of leftover kale and goat cheese.

And here I thought they would all be eating CARRION!
