It looks like a ram, male sheep, to me from the way he jumps forward just before impact. They're built for that sort of thing and do it for sport and to determine who's top dog.

Well I have blue heelers + that is just what they do. Heel the cow,etc.When my kids were little they would herd them on their little bicycles back to the house.No going to the road. Never seen any variaty of canis going for a head butt instead of the natural way of teeth + claw.Just me
Cow was twice as heavy. Sheep was 4 times as fast...

That cow was knocked out by a "SHEEP" hitting it's brain case! Maybe killed. Certainly on waivers from the NFL due to concussion.
