Anyone fished in Cuba on their vacations?

My father wants to go to Cuba pretty quick instead of Mexico. I told him to check out bone fish and tarpin.

Can anyone give me an idea what it would cost for the basic day out for these fish?

I'm planning on a trip to Cuba next winter myself.
