Have been invited down for a three day trip around Cedar Key with a fellow and his guide cousin. My first fishing trip like this.
Supposed to be lots of 4-6' sharks, redfish, grouper, tarpon and other's caught in July. I'm very much looking forward to it. He's furnishing all the tackle and other gear. I just need to get there.

Plus, we're planning on a day or two of hog hunting somewhere around the area.

Anyone have personal experience's to share, I'd welcome hearing from you.

I've fished the Keys a lot. It is a fishing paradise. In July there should still be decent numbers of tarpon around.
