Flathead (The big dark one) Two King George Whiting and three mullet which are destined for snapper bait. Not bad for a few hours. The Whiting and Flathead are top eating fish.

I was hoping you were going to write about Dhufish. Better than Chilean Sea Bass. It's been ten years since I've tasted one, and it's killing me.
