Unfortuntaley I had to work yesterday and I missed the 1st day of the competition.
My team hooked and fought a big big marlin for more than 30 minutes before she ducked under the prop and cut the line before they could react.
The Atlantic was nasty and rough yesterday so I prepared myself for a rough ride today....
And this was how it looked like out there
Sun shine and warm 34 degrees Celsius with 88% humidity the water temp is still up in the high 20's Celsius.
Unfortunatley we could not raise a bill fish again today. But we did get a couple of Dorries the biggest one was 9.5kg's....
Jan doing the gaffing duties....
Now we have a week to plan our final assault for the last day's fishing next week Saturday.....
