Largemouth from my pond

It's only a 1/4 acre pond but I have a few nice sized bass. They are longer more than large girthed. I only keep one this size for the table once per year and put the rest back when they strike.

If you look closely, I caught this one on a fly tied like a grasshopper. They are also kind of like pets. The largest has been named Martha. She waits for me to catch a red ear to feed back to her. She will also stand by to snatch live fish when I toss food pellets into the pond. They are very entertaining.
