Western steelhead, bass , lake trout etc.

Tackle imfo rods reels .

Trying to get a nice steelhead/salmon rig together, thinking about a shamano curador 200 reel. Im not to "up" on the bait casting reels. Are they mostly for boat fishing . Heard spinning reels are better for shore fishing steelhead and bait casting if your on your boat drifting.

i myself don't have those species in my area (except a couple of places with smallmouth bass), but i would love to learn more about fishing them and maybe fish for them some time!
