Maybe I'm just ignorant, but I discovered that my blue bird babies leave the nest at last light. Had one fly the coop last might at about 8:25 pm (about sundown around here) and another two tonight at about 8:30 pm. There is one or two left in the nesting box. I thought the one that flew out at about 8:25 pm Sunday night was commiting suicide, but apparently that is the blue bird plan.
