Not sure why I feel compelled to post this, but I have had a set of Bose Companion 3 speakers set up on our computer for several years. The sound that those little speakers can produce is astonding. If you like to listen to music while surfing the web (like I am doing which is probably why I am posting this), it is hard to beat a set of those speakers. They are pricey but you can damn near use them for your main sound system.
