Don't let the size fool you, with the velocity and twist, they are drop dead killers out to 150 yards.
Check out my page at http://www.cyberport.net/russ/bullet.htm for sources for everything you need to get into a 14.

The Flea is based on a 32case
The carbine on the 30 Carbine case
The Hornet on the Hornet and
the 221 on the 221 FireBall
But Russ really knows a lot about all of em. Or at least I'm convinced he does. Now if I could just get him to send me some of his loading info for the Darts, I'd be tickled.

"Hey, I wanna turn in Billy, man. He sold me the s**t that wouldn't get a fly high!"
Hey, I've got somebody fooled! I just make the bullets and gather information......

14 Dart/Win brass
10 gr bullet, 3.3gr AA#9 ~2750fps
12.7 gr bullet, 3.0gr H110 ~2500fps
13gr bullet, 2.9gr H110 ~2350fps
Interesting that it uses the "slower" powders. At least as compared to the Olin 231 that I use in my necked down 25ACP cased Cricket. Thanks for the input though. The "Slowest" I'd "successfully" tryed in mine was Blue Dot. 4227 only made it clear of the muzzle 40% of the time, and even then I could watch the bullet all the way to the ground...50 feet away.
What do you have on the 17 Dart? If anything.

Don't do 17's any more, although I think the dart would be a little "underbore" for the 17. Good luck
I had 100 rounds of the 14/22LR, but traded all but 3 at gun shows. He also did a 22 Mag necked down to 14 -- if anyone has one of those they would be willing to part with, please let me know!
