6x284 70 grain loads
Hi everyone,

I just received my new semi-custom rifle; a 26" Hart barrel on a Sako L579 action in a Harry Lawson Cochise stock. The barrel has a 1 in 14" twist. Can anyone recommend some loads based on a 70 grain bullet? I'll be using the NBT.

I have a similiar rifle on a Sako 579, and mine is a 1 in 10 twist. I would recomend IMR 4831 and a normal work up to find your rifles accuracy. R22 or VV 165 would also give extraordinary velocities. You are going to love that rifle. Enjoy and good shooting
