Is the ten caliber suitable for animals as big as rats or should one limit it to mice?
If rats are on the agenda, is there a company that chambers these in a CRF, rats being considered dangerous game and all?
Being new to the .10 caliber, perhaps my thinking is way off. Instead of discussing gargantuans like mice and rats, should I be talking about ants and cockroaches?
Who makes the best tweezers to load the bullets into the case mouth? Redding markets their Competition Tweezer set, but is this really needed for anything but benchrest rifles? Lee makes a neat tweezer set but the quality is not all that good.
What is the wind drift for a 10mph crosswind at 10 yards, measured in feet?
If one uses a stick powder like IMR-4831, what happens when you shave the deterrent coating off of each powder kernel shoving it lengthwise into the case? Wouldn�t that increase the burn rate considerably, forcing one to use IMR-4895 data?
What is the starting load � one kernel of powder or two?
Actually, wouldn�t two kernels constitute the entire load? I mean, the first kernel of powder drives the second kernel out the barrel so the second kernel of powder becomes the projectile.
While �regular� rifles sit for months in shop corners while .10 caliber rifles are built, do some gunsmiths really have too much time on their hands?
