Anybody out there have one of these,if so how does it stack up against a Kimber??? I am thinking of getting another 22-250.

i've got one in 204 also a few kimbers. They are really 2 different animals. the remington is essentially a target arm and the kimber a sporter. If you're shooting PD's from a bench or chucks from a bench I'll vote for the XR100. if you're calling coyotes or puddy tats or the like I'll take the kimber. Bottom line - you really need some of both

Agree with butchloc. This is not a rifle to carry over hill and dale.
I have the 22-250 and like it. Have not had the oppurtunity to shoot that much so far, but will say that it is shooting under 1 inch out of the box with Winchester white box ammo.

The rifle is just too heavy for my tastes in a varmint rifle. I prefer something that's easier to lug around the fields. I do however like the .204Ruger caliber. I have it's big brother, the .222Rem. Mag. which is a real sweetheart of a caliber. I suspect the .204 is every bit as accurate. Best wishes.
