I would like to use the Barnes TSX in 53 or 45 grain XLC in my 22-250.....with a 1:14 Twist.

Will my Win 70 Coyote stablize this bullet?

Does anyone have a good load?

Yes Sir,
The 1:14 twist will stabilize up to 55grns as long as you don't go over 4100fps.
And speaking of 4100fps my load book for the 45grnr says you can stoke it up to achieve that but....

The 1:14 should do fine with those projectiles. For powders, try H4895, Varget and Re-15.

My personal favorite for the cartridge is still good ol' H4895. With it, you can start at 33 grains and work up from there.
