The 6.5 X 39 or 6.5 Grendel has been an interest of mine for some time. I was wondering if anyone has made public with results of a 25X39 wildcat. I have never heard of such but think it would be an interesting venture.

That would be more along the lines of a .25 PPC. The 6.5 and others basically "improve" the case... A method which works well.

the 25x39 i have is simply the 7.62 necked down.when i was working up loads i looked at cartridges
with about the same size.what i came up with was 26.5 grains of h322 with 75 gr. v-max bullets.we get about 3025 fps with this load.did some work with 85 gr. v-max but didn't like the speed.it is deadly on coyotesout to 400 yards and they don't run off.i also tried imr 4227 and some other powders but h322 worked best.
