I am looking for the exact dates that the Weatherby .224 was manufatured in Germany. I have found several references that indicate the dates could be anywhere from 1959 or 1963 to 1973!!!

Is there any source that would provide the serial numbers for each of the years that this caliber was produced in Germany?

They did make them through 1973 when manufacturing was moved to Howa. Sauer began making them in 1964.
