Who, if anyone, makes a tapered expander for .17 caliber dies?
Whose funnel do you like for use with .17 cases?
TIA,
George

Shoot straight, shoot often, but by all means, use enough gun!
The Saunders powder funnel works very well on .17's. You can get them from Todd Kindler at the Woodchuck Den.
At .17 Mach IV velocities the 20 grain V Max or the 19 grain Calhoon would be fine.
I came so close to getting my Cooper in .17 Mach IV. I started loading the .17 Remington and .17/223 thirty years ago and wish that the components available now were available then.
Let us hear of your experiences with your new Cooper.
Good shooting,
JB
You might want to ask my good friend and hunting partner, Todd Kindler, about these.
He is our walking encyclopedia for the small calibers - or mosquito whackers, as Walter calls them.
