On one of my state forums the guys are saying that the howa barreled actions dont come blued and it says on howas web site that they do. Has anyone ever bought one and was it blued?

I'm not sure it will help you much but I know blued actions are available in England. I assume you are in the US and don't see any reason why it should be any different there.

You might want to check with Legacy Sports whom I understand are the world wide distributors. I have ordered a stainless action from the UK importer and understand it is sourced from Legacy.
