Great pick with the 7mm-08. Bought one in the Win M-70 Compact for my wife several years ago. With cheapo 140 gr RP factory ammo it has worked on muleys just fine. A few out to just short of 200 yds. It ALL boils down to PLACEMENT.
Try the Fed Premiums, they seem to work in about everything. And a good selection of BT's, NP's and in a few calibers even the super tough Trohpy Bonded's too.

One other selection that is immensely popular at least here is the Hornady light mag with the 139 BTSP in it. We sell a ton of it and get no bad reports back.

May be another round to try at?

Have a super week!
