Hi--I should have explained better
I have a very heavy 219 Donald wasp which
I would to trim down to the general size of a Cooper rifle
Don t feel right to call them for info
when I have no interest in buying one

Perhaps your overthinking the project..

Trim the barrel contour to about a #3 Douglas contour .600 at the muzzle is standard enough, and cut and try when shaping the wood, give yourself a custom fit that feels good to you..
