17 fireball
i am considering a 17 fireball,however i am told that cleaning the bore can be an issue,does the 17 bore any different problems than a 22 size bore?thanks.mike

Other than needing a .17 rod, jab, brushes etc, it's not a big deal at all.
Those .17 cleaning rods do kink easily, so be careful.

Very true. Handle carefully and there will be no trouble.

Yes there are bore snakes in 17 cal, I have 2. Tiny little things, they look like little kids shoe strings lol

No issues. I have purchased every Rifle model made in that caliber, they are all easy shooters and very clean. I usually clean them every 100 rounds or so. I usually run a clean patch every 20 shots or so. I am most impressed with the Model 7 Predator, its the most acurate of the repeating bolt rifles.
I fire 20-32 gr bullets, it likes them all.
