I am still shooting the 4 digit serial number 1936 production Remington 121 pump that my grandfather taught me to shoot with. My father, brother, sister and about 10 cousins learned with it also. Like everything my grandfather and father owned, it was very well cared for and while it has a bit of wear, it is in excellent condition.

Much as I would love to have an Anschutz Ive never gone that far with a .22.
My favorite right now is an old Savage "click-clack" action with a bakelite stock (JC Higgins). Im a fan of the Ruger 10/22 although Ive never had one myself. I am always on the lookout for a good deal on a Stevens O/U .22/410. My favorite rabbit/upland game rifle Ive ever had.
