| I love oryx and elk,but the BEST wild game I have eaten is Mountian lion pork chops.you won't believe it till you try it!! I was at a fund raiser in Membres N.M. For a 4-h group and was dared to try it! There were 4chops available and I ate all4. |

| For me it is a toss up between Ptarmigan tenders over an open fire at Lake Iliamna Alaska while on a Caribou hunt or Kongoni Steak while on a Buffalo hunt in the Selous of Tanzania. As I say that I think of many meals of Elk-Moose-Caribou-Bison-Cape Buffalo-Halibut that are trully memorable. Good shooting.

If it cant be Grown it has to be Mined! Devoted member of Newmont mining company Underground Mine rescue team. Carlin East,Deep Star ,Leeville,Deep Post ,Chukar and now Exodus Where next? Pete Bajo to train newbies on long hole stoping and proper blasting techniques. Back to Exodus mine again learning teaching and operating autonomous loaders in the underground. Bringing everyday life to most individuals 8' at a time!
