that would be the .242 Belted Rimless Holland & Holland using regular 6mm bullets right? Or the .242 Rimless Nitro Express?
The H&H is a 2.72 nominal oal slightly shortened 300H&H. The other is a 7x64 Brennecke necked down, which is easily made by running a 25-06 case thru an FL sizer die and a trim to 2.380"away from chambering...but that dog uses a proprietary .249" diameter bullet. If so, the only reasonable option is to have a good gunsmith who knows how to use a tapered pin reamer and has one make about a 2" long tapered sizer die and lube some 25 caliber bullets (.258") and take them down .009"

The H&H is a hammer 3200fps. The other is about 300fps behind it.

This data is from the "Handloaders Manual of Cartridge Conversions" by John Donnelly, as updated in 2004 by Bryce Towsley. Side by side on page 133.

hope this helps,

regards,

Rich
