I shoot them with a .257 Ackley Improved and 110 grain Accubonds or 100 grain Ballistic tips, out of a Sako-75
Works every time.

As I recall Eleanor O'Conner, Jack O'Conner's wife, used the 257 Roberts on deer many years ago...and also the 7x57 but that was on sheep in grizzly country...fine weapon and if the shot placed well will kill deader than dead...
