223 remington sps tactical!!!!Good for the money? what do you guys think? With that 1 in 9 twist, what are some loads to start with? Dont care for that trigger to much! and that rubber stock? :homer:

I just replaced the stock, a buddy of mine bought a LTR and put a diff stock on it. So i bought that HS from him 150$. I thought that was a good buy. Anyways been reloading some 69g smks with varget,pretty good mix!

I've heard good things about them. The only slight downside is the barrel twist isn't fast enough to take advantage of the vld 22's i.e the 75 and 80 gr bullets.

I don't know about those, but the 69gr SMKs are smokeing. Their drilling one ragged hole at 200. Havent tryed any other rounds, other than the smks with varget& TAC! BOOM

If you plan on hunting with it load the 62gr Barnes TSX, it is murder on hogs, deer and coyotes. I had my PSS re-barreled with a 1:7 so I can shoot the 70gr TSX and it shoots clean through deer and hogs, haven't recovered a bullet yet.
