Using four different loads in two .223s yesterday the results were interesting.

The rifles were a Savage varmint 26" barrel and a Stevens Mod 200 22" barrel, the bullet weights ranged fro 62gr. to 75 gr. and the powder was accurate 2200.All loads in both rifles proved to be very accurate.

The interesting thing was that all the differences in velocities were exactly what it caculated to be for a four inch barrel differential. 70 to 110 ft./sec. roger
