Finally got some range time with my Steyr Pro Hunter in 6.5X57. This rifle is fantastic! Not fussy at all, shoots just about any powder under 1.75" at 100 yards. With Barnes TSX 120grain or Nosler BT 120 grain four different powders shoot under 1". Tried H4831, IMR-4350, IMR-4064, IMR-4895 all between .435 to .75" Only powder it tended not to like was Rl-22 shot 2.35". This is the best $500 rifle I have ever bought. As good or better than my favorite Sako 6.5X55. Great trigger, perhaps even better than the Sako. If anyone is thinking about one of these there is one NIB up on gunbroker right now for $500.
