What accuracy can be expected with this rifle?, and what would be the best ammo to shoot accurately with?

M4 Colt yeilds 1.07" @ 100 yds with 69g SMK and 25 grains of Varget. X193 yeilds 1.66" and Q3131a gives 1.87 both at 100 yards.
